Fluorescent Lamp Inverters: For use with CCFL and U.V. lamps, the DC-AC inverters are available from 3 volts to 24 volts. Single and Dual output inverters available from stock. Fixed or dimming options available. Select styles can be mounted directly to the PC board or matched with available input/output connectors.

Case Study:
Spotty LCD
A gaming equipment manufacturer had a flat panel display application which placed their machine in an area that was exposed to high ambient sunlight. The equipment was using standard Sharp LQ121S1LG41 12.1 inch LCD displays. Normally, the standard brightness is acceptable in a casino’s interior environment, but this particular application’s exposure to direct sunlight made readability a serious issue. Although the quantity of displays involved in the casino’s project was not very large, a solution to the problem of the under powered display lights was needed to obtain the production order.
