JKL’s Return Policy
JKL allows for return of items within 30 days of purchase.
Ordered wrong item or perhaps the item isn’t suitable for your use?
A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) must be obtained from JKL.
Please contact JKL by calling 1-818-896-0019 or by clicking on Contact Us.
Please provide :
- Order Number
- Part number
- Quantity
- Reason for return
- Your name/company name (or the name in which the parts were ordered).
Please specify if you wish to exchange or receive a refund.
Please do not return the parts to JKL until an RMA number has been issued.
JKL does not cover the shipping cost.
Within 7 days of receipt of the parts at the JKL Warehouse, a refund, credit or exchange will be applied only for items that are unused and in the original packaging.
Manufacturing Defect or Shipment of incorrect item by JKL?

- Reason for return (or issue being experienced)
- Your name/company name (or the name in which the parts were ordered).
Please specify if you wish to exchange the parts or receive a refund.
Please do not return the parts to JKL until a RMA number has been issued.
JKL will provide an RMA # and shipping instructions. JKL will cover the shipping cost for items that have been shipped in error or are suspect.
Within 7 days of receipt of the parts, JKL will reply with findings and a refund, repair or exchange will be applied to items that are confirmed to be defective or shipped in error.
